Privacy Policy
Flooring Growth Hub LLC · Effective date: September 17, 2026 · Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Flooring Growth Hub LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you:
- visit our websites, including flooringgrowthhub.com and remodelgrowthhub.com, and any other "Growth Hub" brand site we operate (the "Sites");
- book a demo, request information, or communicate with us;
- receive marketing from us as a business contact;
- subscribe to our services and use the customer portal at app.myremodelingestimate.com as a subscriber (the "Portal"); or
- otherwise interact with us as a business customer or prospective customer.
This policy is posted at /privacy on the Growth Hub storefront you signed up on (Flooring Growth Hub or Remodel Growth Hub) and at app.myremodelingestimate.com/privacy, and is linked from the Sites and the Portal.
What this policy does not cover. Our business customers use our software to operate websites, quote tools, messaging, and appointment booking under their own brands. If you are a homeowner who requested a quote, received a message, or booked an appointment with a flooring, kitchen, or bath business, that business is responsible for your personal information, and its privacy policy applies. We process that information on the business's behalf as a service provider. To exercise privacy rights over that information, contact the business you interacted with; if you contact us instead, we will forward your request to that business and assist it in responding.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Demo bookings and inquiries: name, business name, email address, phone number, role, service area, and anything you include in a message or on a call.
- Checkout and account: business name and address, contact name, email, phone, subscription selections, and billing information. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we receive a payment confirmation, the last four digits of your card, and the card brand, but not your full card number.
- Onboarding: business details needed to set up your account and to register your business for text messaging with the carriers, including legal entity name, employer identification number, business address, website, licensing information, service area, services offered, and pricing ranges.
- Support and feedback: the contents of support requests, survey responses, and feedback.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, UTM parameters, approximate location derived from IP address, and the dates and times of visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5.
- Portal activity: logins, feature use, configuration changes, and support interactions, used to operate the Portal and to provide support.
- Communications data: whether emails we send are opened or clicked, and delivery status of text messages.
Information from other sources
- Business contact data: for business-to-business marketing, we obtain business contact information (name, business name, role, business email, business phone, business address) from business data enrichment services, public business listings, franchise and trade directories, company websites, and social networks. We use email verification services to confirm that business email addresses are valid before we contact them.
- Service providers and platforms: payment confirmations from our payment processor (Stripe); scheduling data from our customer relationship and messaging systems; conversion and analytics data from analytics and advertising platforms.
3. How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, and support the Services, including setting up your account and Client Properties;
- process payments, manage subscriptions, and send invoices and receipts;
- register your business and messaging use case with wireless carriers and the messaging registry (A2P 10DLC), which requires sharing your legal business information;
- schedule and confirm demos and appointments, and send related reminders by email and text message;
- respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
- send business-to-business marketing about our products and services, which you can opt out of at any time (Section 8);
- measure and improve the Sites, our marketing, and the Services, including through analytics and A/B testing;
- advertise our services, including by showing ads to people who have visited the Sites;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service; and
- for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you through solely automated processing.
4. Text messages from us
If you provide a mobile phone number when booking a demo or creating an account, we may send you text messages related to your booking or account, such as demo confirmations and reminders, onboarding steps, and account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Section 13.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf and with carriers as required to deliver the messages.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on the Sites to make them work, remember your preferences, understand how they are used, measure our marketing, and show you ads for our services on other sites and platforms.
Categories we use:
- Necessary: required for the Sites and checkout to function, including security and load balancing.
- Analytics: analytics platforms, to understand traffic and behavior on the Sites.
- Marketing and advertising: advertising platform pixels and tags, which may be used to measure ad performance and to show you ads for our services based on your visit to the Sites.
- Functional: tracking by our customer relationship and messaging systems, which connects your visit to your demo booking or account so that we can support you.
Your choices. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through the advertising platforms' own ad preference tools and through industry opt-out pages such as optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may affect how the Sites work. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by law. We do not otherwise respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
6. How we share personal information
We share personal information with:
- Service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract, including: cloud hosting and database providers; customer relationship and messaging systems (CRM, scheduling, email, text messaging, and calling); payment processing (Stripe); email delivery; analytics and advertising platforms; business data enrichment and email verification services; automated analysis providers used to power features of the Services; and customer support and productivity tools.
- Wireless carriers and the messaging registry, which receive your business registration information when we register your business for text messaging.
- Advertising platforms, which receive limited data through cookies and pixels as described in Section 5, and, if you enroll in Managed Advertising, the information needed to create and operate advertising accounts for your business.
- Professional advisors, including lawyers, accountants, and insurers.
- Affiliates and successors. We may share personal information with our affiliates, and with a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, including during due diligence.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request.
- Others with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws; Section 9 describes how to opt out.
7. How long we keep personal information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. As a general rule:
- Account and billing records: for the life of your subscription and for seven years afterward, for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
- Demo and inquiry records: for two years after our last interaction, unless you become a customer.
- Business marketing contacts: until you opt out or the contact information becomes invalid, and in a suppression list afterward so that we honor your opt-out.
- Data we process for business customers: for the term of the customer's subscription and for ninety days afterward, or as the customer instructs, subject to backups and legal requirements.
- Analytics and cookie data: for the periods set by the relevant provider, generally up to twenty-six months.
We may keep information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.
8. Marketing choices
- Email: every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. We process unsubscribe requests within ten business days, and we suppress unsubscribed addresses across our marketing systems. Transactional emails about your account, billing, or support will continue while you are a customer.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Phone: tell us you do not wish to be called, and we will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
- Interest-based ads: see Section 5.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it;
- access a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, of targeted advertising, and of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your rights. Email privacy@flooringgrowthhub.com or write to us at the address in Section 13. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide to information we hold, and we may ask for additional information. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written authorization; we may require you to confirm the request directly. We respond within the time required by law, generally forty-five days, and we will tell you if we need more time.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing us with "Privacy appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal in writing within the time required by law. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
California residents. In the preceding twelve months we have collected the following categories of personal information, as listed in the California Consumer Privacy Act: identifiers; customer records (contact and billing information); commercial information (subscriptions and purchases); internet or network activity (Sites and Portal usage); geolocation data (approximate, from IP address); professional or employment information (role and business); audio or electronic information (recordings of demo calls, where notice is given); and inferences drawn from the above. Sources, purposes, and recipients are described in Sections 2, 3, and 6. We disclose these categories to service providers for business purposes, and advertising cookies may result in the "sharing" of identifiers and internet activity for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of using the methods in Section 5 or by contacting us. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under sixteen. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
11. Children
The Sites and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Other things you should know
- Third-party links and embeds. The Sites may include links to, or embedded content from, other websites and services, including our scheduling and checkout providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
- Location of processing. We are based in the United States and process personal information in the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
- Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at /privacy on the Growth Hub storefront you signed up on (Flooring Growth Hub or Remodel Growth Hub) and at app.myremodelingestimate.com/privacy with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email or in the Portal.
